Types of XRD Tubes
We supply 2 varieties of XRD tubes:
1. Glass series x-ray tubes – These XRD x-ray tubes feature a high primary intensity and a homogeneous intensity distribution, spectral purity and long lifetime.
2. Ceramic series of x-ray tubes – These XRD x-ray tubes are constructed with a steel body which incorporates the latest ceramic insulation. This provides an enhanced thermal conductivity and a longer life span.
